I originally became interested in fitness and training as a high school freshman. I absorbed all the information I could find and my knowledge grew. Over time I concluded that I would make a career for myself in the exercise field. Over 30 years, 2 degrees, and several professional credentials later I continue to work and grow in the areas of physical therapy and sports medicine, strength and conditioning, performance enhancement, fitness, and coaching. I apply my knowledge and experience personally as a resistance trainer, runner, and cyclist. You can read about my journey here.
